I wanna buy neu phone!

to begin the post, with a photo:

i attended batch 20's graduation in Bella Vista, Langkawi on what date i also forgot. i was there acting as a favour actually, more of saving their life, to do the prayer recital for the ceremony. the principal, a non muslim insisted for the prayer to be on, or else the event is off. Cultural and religious sensitivity i like that.

cut the crap. that girl in the photo, she's Syafiqah and she's psycho. for getting best flyer award. yet she's very nice and forever helpful with my flying. ok now lets roll back to the main issue. I'm raising money to buy neu phone. InsyaAllah it'll be Nokia E71. She got it. that's why. she's one big bad influence. causing me leepless nights thinking of the phone.

NO. i'm not a phone freak. I'm just a CALL & SMS person. shortform C&S. ahahaha. most of the time i'll be sms-ing Mama to call me. and occasionally call my very few best friends who deserve my phone call. ahahahhaa.

since i got my laptop, which is leased to me by my sister, i wanna media to be around me as i move. mp3, video and photos to keep this overactive blood pumping. dun be shock if you give your phone to me, the first thing is i'll scroll the photo albums to look thru. and trust me, i found not-supposed-to-look-at photos. and lotsa them. ahahahha

when it comes to practicality, this phone really suits me well. it can store files, i can set my appointments and dates, and best thing of all, it's more of a communicator than a plain phone. i dunno how for other to comprehend what i'm saying but thats what suits me. and the phone is a candybar shaped phone. no slide slide, clamshell wtf. fancyness wouldn't go long way with me.

see, no sliding feature just plain and simple. and it comes with 2 colour choices. white marbly and black coffee. i just made it up.

but after much reconsideration, maybe black will be the one :)

i did my studies also ok. Surveyed the phone @ mobile88.com. The current price is RM1200. and i'm raising each and every single cent from scratch.

in my pocket i got: RM50 + RM50 = RM100

:( RM100 to start with. but who cares, once i raised the remaining RM1100 the price sure come down one. ok lets start my day of eating only the provided cafeteria food and grow slim. dun have to eat outside. I did raised enough money to buy my TV. I can do this. Wish me luck!

Happy Ramadhan, by Ramadhan

yeah yeah yeah, it's ramadhan again, i'm always ramadhan, and since the month of ramadhan is on, it's like bringing me the uplifting energy to make me much more energetic! seriously i never been soo anticipative compared to the previous ramadhans , ever! now i'm really in the semangat of berpuasa and goin to tarawikh (wonder hw long will this go along the month)

ok as promised i'm activating my status of the idle blorgger to an active one! wuhooo! wish i can have a digicam to snap more photos since, u know, photos attracts fans to a blorg. hahahaha shut up vainy ramadhan.

to start the holy month, i like to deliver a news that I AM DONE WITH FIRST PART OF MY FLYING!!! I'LL BE GETTING MY FIRST EVER FLYING LICENCE!! wuhooo alhamdulillah. if you are shocked by this news, so am i ahahahahah. things went fast, it's been 6 months now for me to live here in Langkawi, and i dare to say, langkawi is a nice place to stay. this statement reserves me a seat in the freak position since no one, no one around me actually .... likes langkawi. wtf

putting on neu photos: i got a cat!!!!

name: Jean ( previously Jacko or MJ, but it turned out to be a she)
breed: local langkawi ahahahaha
uniqueness: follows me everyday to show and has minor cataract on right eye!

she completed my life here, not actually i prefer to have tv, pantry with full service kitchen, and toilet for my room. i tell you, she is one tomboy cat, i dunno who made her pregnant, but she's as rough as a fat 6 year old overactive boy.

to start the story, since the topic is Ramadhan, initially, when i was young, i don't like my name to be RAMADHAN. always wanted like jason ke, brad pitt ke (melampau), somethin like that that can westernise my half french features. bodoh. but as i grow up, sumpah, the name ramadhan memang suit my personality gyler2. my name is soo memorable, where ever i go. bukan nk mempoyo but that's the real fact!

lastly, i cut my hair. no, my junior cut my hair. and i like it la!!

BEFORE:

x yah nk budget chomel yek

AFTER: !

again

& lastly, a smiley face to wrap up the come back post

p/s: will be flying back to KL on 18 sept. pergi ke kaunter 18 untuk mendapatkan autograf huahuahua

PLEASE VALUE THE OPPORTUNITY OF LIFE

this piece of post is highly based the inspiration of the solo flight i had this morning. below are the series of events that took place:

  • during taking off, strong cross wind and turbulence occur,
  • on my way to the training area, which i fly solo, i was caught up in the thick cloud,
  • my visibility went zero, i cant see anything, and i'm very near to the terrain, a.k.a bukit bukau ahahahaha. for almost a minute. and happened twice.
  • all that i can do is mengucap dua kalimah syahadah and hope nothing ugly happens.
if you are in my spot just now, what will u do:
  1. Cry??
  2. hoping some superman to come for a rescue??
  3. or stay strong and keep holding on??

i went with no 3. A tough decision to make actually. but i just need to be strong to face the fact that insyaAllah in future time when i become a commercial airline pilot, in any mishaps, i will not jump off the plane and say so long to the passengers? This post is targetted to those who really keen on aviation and decided that piloting is their career line to be.

p/s: if you cant imagine the fear i've gone through today, blindfold yourself and try to cross a busy road. inform me if you are alive, still.

Why We must stick to english language for things

Ya Allah it's been awhile since the last post ahahahha. i am turning into a lazy bump. not really busy with my flying. actually, if u are in flying phase when u r doin ur cadetship, u own more freedom to move about since u are not bounded for 8 to 5pm class every single day. i got a new cat now. his/her name will be Jacko, coz mama insisted for it to be name after MJ. and people, it's not metrojaya. clue: artist who just died. and not megat joned. ahahaha

i really need to make a stand on this topic regarding why? why a person must be proficient in terms of language. and that is, in speaking english. i got this sms about Che Det's blog doing a poll on science and math in english. one frustration, for me to be able to submit a comment, i nid to register. arrrghhh i truly despies registration. especially for sumthin dat is potentially single use item.

i am the product of learning math and science in english. yes i was from the first batch for secondary skool back in 2003. things were different those days. it was totally new. i got freaked out. i was like on the bottom most in terms of science intelligence since i hardly understand. i score A once only during my primary school life. hearing about science and math to be taught in english, i thought it'll be the end of the world by then. ya lah i hardly speak english and now u ask me to do something that i am never good at in ENGLISH!!! pliz go to SK seafield 3 in subang jaya to find prove about my disastrous performance in science.

and i started the lesson of science and math in english. ok, quite nice and simple, and i think the subjects are well delivered, no no, better delivered in english. i dunno i think it blends well. and ALHAMDULILLAH, the first science test i got an A!!!!!!!!!. NOT BAD ahahhaha

making through it all is never easy, but can be enjoyable if you take the challenge as ... a CHALLENGE. and one day, something striked me. and i think about future. i hardly speak english, and i dont have the difficulty in understanding it. why dont i take a step forward and learn to apply the language in daily conversation?

and i accomplished my target! to be able to speak english alhamdulillah well. i worked my ass out for a year and i'm now confident to converse fully in english and if there's anyone dare to throw me by the roadside of new york, i got my language ability to KEEP ME ALIVE.

why did i hilighted the KEEP ME ALIVE thinggy?
well, wake up people, u need to possess the ability to speak english well to live life. it may sound cheesy but, think of it in this way, would it be highly embarrasing to not able to communicate while u actually can understand?

and to Che Det, though i'm just a common commoner, i truly support your decision to fight for the usage of english in teaching those subjects. if you need a person to be by your side as a testimony, call me up ok!!!

p/s: i think i did few typo errors here and there in this post. but soo malas to alter. ciao

piloting & father's day

to all of my closest friends:

  • you may hate me for being boring
  • you may hate me for speaking aviation all the time now

i know, it's sickening. but this latest post is not filled up with nasty aviation terms. see, even my sentences pun dah makin hampeh and skema

welcome to my auntie, Chu the next follower of wongga ahahahahahaha.

the same very generic question being thrown to my face like rotten eggs, why did i choose piloting?? money issit? hot stewardess arrr????

ok not like others, i was not born to become a pilot, i grow up liking piloting. baru je minat bercambah. bagai bunga mekar di halaman. melampau lak ayat.

since i was the only one with no direction in life in my family ( making a false dramatic effect ), i decided to go with what others wants me to be. since my family contributed soo much in my life, coz dats wat they supposed to do rite?? ahahhaha.

like when i was in school, my father really wanted any of his kids to be a prefect, and since i was the last one standing amongst the siblings, i go for it and i became one.

and since i was the only one tall enuff (ahahahah) in da family and alhamdulillah i am the only one not wearing specs, soo i decided to become a pilot. yes. it's my father's wish too.

i dun mind doing it since i love it, my father love it, mama happy with it. since the parents' prayers are there, insyaAllah my task in obtaining CPL will be less burdenin. tapi kalau malas sama je kan??

so, HAPPY FATHER'S DAY to all fathers!

p/s: alhamdulillah since i started this aviation course, i am much more closer to my papa

pp/s: this post really makes me wanna force my future wife to labour 6 kids. ahahahahaha

A Comeback

ok i wanna blorg now, after chains of boring days, i finally able to fly!!! yes my name is on the schedule and yes i'm flying. wat more shud i say?? i'm flyin!! and on da way to complete 42 hours of PPL flying.

i dun really wanna get into details as not many will be interested on it.

the reasons why i posted this blorg on wongga:

  1. Mama already complained about me lacking of interested to keep blorggin ahahahahaha
  2. and..... miss wahida requested a topic!!! woohooo!!!

What do you think about your preparation for your future career?

the answer is very simple, as i'm doin CPL course which is commercial piloting course to become a commercial airliner pilot, obviously my future career goal is to become a commercial airliner pilot! dats it. straight forward answer. ahahaha

but still there are some things that haunt me everynite. not really haunt me. but in a way, when i was 17, i would kill to become a flight steward, not like others who aim for money, for me, wat drives me to become a flight steward is to be able to serve people and have opportunity to pull trolley bag everyday to work ahahahahaha. but Alhamdulillah since my rezeki is in piloting, i really working hard everyday and keep on tawakal to step up my performance in this course from day to day. what i dislike is that some cadets are just playing arrogant. would it be nice if everybody come and gather together, holding each others hand and declare peace, soo that aviation industry will be filled with humble people??? just a thought.

p/s: this morning, there were 4 eagles lying dead on langkawi runway, suspected to be hit by aircraft. boleh mama say dat i'm da one who murder those poor thinggies? ahahhahahah

My room. in langkawi

guess what??? my mama is now a regular reader of my blorg!!! wow it came into realisation when mama said she read stuff that i wrote on the internet. i was like...... wongga?? arrghh my mama is an ardent fan of my own blorg!!! how much happier can i be ahahhahahaha. and by evidence of the last post, i'm slacking off as a blorgger and i now try to make it back by posting some updates on my life here, in langkawi. the comma makes it all sarcastic. i love being here ok. i love langkawi. i'm truly grateful with the opportunity from the Almighty Ya Allah alhamdulillah. ok now to the story board. class, switch off the lights and turn on the projector. by the way, i'm gaining traffic from indonesia, my readers are now much more eclectic. eat ur heart out...... errr whoever wants their heart to be eaten ahahahahaha.

tada.......... basically i started to fall in love wit my own room after i cleared up this spot, my office la konon kan. i dare to make a disclaimer that my room got more personality than any other rooms since i personally rearrange the stuff in my room. everyone also do dat. i'm a very tak nak kalah i kno. ahahhaha. i got that rotating stationary stack from senior who recently graduated. its a formality for those graduating to lease out anythin unwanted and hand down to juniors. i got tonnes. as i was one of the first to grab the sampah they left which are soo valuable. can u see the small small notes i posted on the shelf?? cool rite ahahahah love to praise myself. everytime i'm in a good mood i will write soome stuff ( i wanna say shit but now mama readin it). can u see that petronas file? it will be handed down to junior once i graduated. i'm the third generation yeehaha.

and food drives me hard. i nid those. can u see all the stuff? the mug mama bought 4 me durin her trip here. together with the tupperware beli kat oski matsirat. can you see the mangkuks. inside got another mangkok ahahhaha, i think i'm the only one using 3 mangkuks to eat maggie. one mangkok for me to put the maggie, since i dun have any plate, the other mangkuk acts as the lid, and the other mangkuk is for me to put the mangkuk i use to put my maggie. does it sound realistic? the plastic tupperware from graduated seniors together with the biscuit pingpong. not forgettin chopsticks and spoon courtesy of lovely hijaz. the one who lost 30 kg ahahhahaha.
p/s: food exhibited gone without notice after 30 minutes of photo takin session. ahahhaha

basically, i used the word again, that's where i sleep and i again, i'm very provocrative, sleep on the floor. not really on it la, but the mattress on the floor. the katil not panjang enuff for me. my legs always jots out the bedframe, and i decided the floor it is. if ppl do spotcheck my reason is the katil is too near the aircond ahhahaha. now i got 3 pillows. u kno i cant sleep without bantal peluk kan, at first my bantal peluk is the blanket that i rolled up into a pohpiah to sleep. now i got 3 pillows courtesy of again, graduated batch 19 seniors. and the triangular red pillow is .. ... again from batch 19 senior. i sleep next to the sliding door. everynite i open the curtain to count the
mangoes b4 sleep. yeah right.

i did made good use of the leftover bedframe ok. i turned it into my zen area. lined with the mat bought by mama at a shop in chenang, the shopkeeper is from my kampong u kno. nice rite?? i put all my magazines on it and everytime i wanna feel calm, i stared at the bedframe. sounds soo freaky. and now it became the resting place for my roommate's keropok bantal tupperware and his boxers.

i also hang my clothes indoor. it took me like 2 days for all those pile to be completely dried, compared to be indoorly dried by aircond, 4 hours will do the trick. and having the room soo filled up with things makes me feel soo secured. ahahhahaha coz i just love to sleep in a stuffy place.

camwhore time..............

now with editing of the evil stare...............

Add Image
i just recently changed the blanket and now i got the dark purple one!!! soo hot weyhh at first i dun wanna sleep coz its soo strikingly sexay. just love to use that word.
p/s: all photos were taken using laptop camera, just imagine how much pain i've inflicted on myself to snap those shots. anyone, donate me a good digital cam pliz!!!!!!!

one stessful sunday, coz all the shops nearby closed arrghh, i got sooo stressed up since i got nothing to eat, and when i eat, i will be eating like a pig ahahahahah. soo i have decided to head down to pasar malam or by translation night market (for foreign readers ahahahahha). and i settled down with:

nasik lemak ayam goreng + nasik dagang + big apam balek + 2 burgers + sugar cane drink

============== happy belly = happie me!!!!

there were koreans near the nasik lemak stall. i did promote nasik lemak to them. at least i'm contributed some kind of exposure to the outside world. and i deserves some credit. preferably in the form of food. ahahhahahahah. the tv dinner table is courtesy of graduated batch 19, again. its ikea. and i got no idea how it landed up in langkawi. guess someone from the mainland doesnt want it, it came to me!!!! i treasure free stuff ok. i love gettin free stuff. i'm cheapskate. and i like it.

last photo since i' tired of blorrging

graduating in 15 months time insyaAllah. what shoud i blorg nex?? any idea people?

Animal rights

i blorgged on this topic on da behalf of the unimaginable effort by the people of furry friend farm to evacuate those innocent dogs, exhiled to a swamp island in pulau ketam. it was an accidental sight where i found the link to this story. more on www.mycen.com.my

though dogs are forbidden in islam, but animals of whichever form neva eva eva eva deserve this kind of treatment. the story goes as the stray dogs issue in pulau ketam is rather uncontrollable. and out of a sudden, gone all the dogs. out of sight. which is inviting to a mystery? where did they go. fly to the moon??? dogs dun hav piloting licence ahhahahaha.

the reporter and his or her friend i dunno sorry yek went on a mission to discover the painful truth behind the lost of the strays

just imagine the dire condition, if you throw me to that island, i will last for few hours and die flat. with the presence of oh soo poisonous beings and stagnant condition where you cant even stand up still, imagine dogs, force to live there. and out of nowhere, there's a puppy?? on a tree?? thats unlogical for that poor creature to be on that swamp!!

and look, those other unfortunate dogs. ade yang nampak macam baka2 yang cantek2. thats not stray. thats a pet!!. evil asses!!

this is sabrina, one of the people from furry friends farm which i linked at the bace this blorg on the right hand corner of this blorg. if i were there, i will cry and the only thing that i can do is just pray, like what she's can only afford to do. the boat cost them a dime since the island is on a remote region. barbaric, truly barbaric.

This is the dog that they managed to rescue on their first mission there. its a puppy. a she puppy. i would like to congratulate those who dumped the canines to this island, for the wonderful job you have done, without even think of the consequences. good job. next time, just empathise and be thoughtful of what you have done. oops sooryy, u are lacking of brains that functions. that why you commit this kind of sin.

a complete narration from the source of the story:

Fri, 08/05/09:
AMAZING GRACE

Another long day. Another beautiful sunset. Another dog saved. I am happy. Sabrina is happy. Grace is happy. Volunteer Donald who donated 10 new cages, accompanied us on this trip.
He was given the honour of naming our new family member. He called her Grace.

Grace swimming from Hell Island into our arms.

Kuning swam into a floating fish farm a few weeks ago. The kindly Indonesian workers adopted him and another abandoned black dog imaginatively named Hitam :) A diet of mainly seafood gave their coat a healthy shine. They have since grown quite attached to their saviors.

If you are unable to help directly, please help by forwarding this appeal to other compassionate folks who you feel might be able to make some monetary contributions. Apart from boat hire, we need money to buy cages, to pay people to help catch them, to hire land transport to send the rescued animals to veterinary clinics, pay for vet fees, send the recovered ones to the shelter and to feed and house them for life.
